Role overview: During this internship, you’ll be providing support to the sales team by preparing sales materials, updating systems and rosters, and assisting with follow-up communications.
What you’ll be doing:
- Data Entry & Analysis:
Supporting the wider sales team in maintaining key databases covering customer and country visits, partner turnover and payment tracking, partner and customer data, and partner KPI status. Supporting the analysis of recorded data and presenting insights to management - Market Research: Conducting country-based research to understand countries’ economies, market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Summarising findings and present insights to the related country managers and whole sales team
- Administrative Tasks: Supporting with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organising sales reports and preparing presentations. Helping to optimise various service processes and workflows, and managing and organising documents within the network file storage system
- Participation in the possible projects of other departments
Who we’re looking for:
In order to be considered for this role, you must be a UAE resident and currently live in one of the following emirates: Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah.
· Student/ last year student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related field, available for full-time job
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
· Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
· Commercial awareness
· Ability to prioritise and organise workload in a busy environment
· Please be aware that the Rolls-Royce site is in a remote location (Jebel Ali Free Zone) with limited public transport access
