1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to achieve ClearIAS' business objectives, including lead generation, user engagement, and revenue growth.
2. Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including PPC, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
3. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, setting goals, monitoring performance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
4. Budget Management: Effectively allocate and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing ROI.
5. SEO and SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search rankings and pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to optimize ad spend and performance.
6. Content Strategy: Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute content marketing strategies, ensuring high-quality, engaging content that aligns with digital marketing goals.
7. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
8. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Implement CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
9. Social Media Management: Oversee social media marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
10. Affiliate and Partnership Programs: Manage and expand affiliate marketing programs and partnerships to drive referrals and brand collaborations.
11. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to ensure ClearIAS remains at the forefront of online education marketing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience as a digital marketing manager or in a similar role, with a track record of success in driving online growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
