Your job’s key responsibilities are:
Designing and optimizing end-to-end retail processes (e.g. Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, inventory and store logistics) with a focus on order management, basket sourcing, omnichannel pricing, and POS integration
Driving ERP transformation initiatives with a strong fit-to-standard mindset, focusing on simplicity and scalability
Leading workshops with business stakeholders across retail, e-commerce, and supply chains to analyze requirements and challenge existing processes

Ensuring seamless integration of ERP into broader system landscapes (e.g. e-commerce platforms, logistics systems)
Supporting testing, go-live, and rollout activities while ensuring high quality and user adoption
Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on how to leverage ERP as a strategic enabler for modern retail business models
Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the development of our retail ERP capability
Staying up to date with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition developments, retail trends, and best practices in ERP transformation
