Description
We are hiring an Integration Platform Manager to take ownership of AutoStore's enterprise integration domain. You will be responsible for defining the architecture, standards, and processes that connect our core business systems, including SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and other enterprise applications.
This is an opportunity to build and shape our integration platform from the ground up. You will assess our existing integrations, establish a clear roadmap, and work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and consultants to introduce a more structured and scalable approach. Our chosen technologies are SAP Integration Suite and Microsoft Azure Integration Services, but the focus of this role is on architectural ownership, technical guidance, and ensuring integrations are designed and implemented consistently across AutoStore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise integration domain, taking responsibility for the integration architecture, platform strategy, and technical decisions across AutoStore.
- Establish integration standards and governance, defining architectural principles, integration patterns, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency across systems.
- Assess the existing integration landscape and develop a roadmap to move from point-to-point integrations towards a structured and scalable integration platform.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and define how systems, applications, and data should connect.
- Guide developers and external consultants, coordinating integration initiatives across teams and ensuring solutions follow established standards and are successfully implemented.
Job Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise integrations, with proven experience owning or leading integration architecture, platforms, or domains.
- Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns, and best practices, including transactional and master data integrations, system connectivity, and technical constraints.
- Experience working with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, PLM, and HRM systems, with the ability to assess integration requirements across different business functions.
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies, ideally SAP Integration Suite, SAP BTP, or Microsoft Azure Integration Services. Hands-on development experience is an advantage but not required.
- Proven ability to guide developers and consultants, make architectural decisions, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions.
We offer:
- A Collaborative and Inclusive Culture where we celebrate and value everyone’s contributions, encouraging diverse perspectives in decision-making.
- Work-Life Balance & Well-being: We offer 1 hour per week of paid exercise, health insurance, and a generous pension plan, prioritizing your mental and physical well-being.
- A Creative and Safe Workplace by joining a company experiencing rapid growth, with the stability of being Norway’s first unicorn listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
- International and Supportive Environment within a Norwegian multinational that values collaboration and innovation.
This role can be based in our offices in Oslo, Stavanger, or Nedre Vats.
Application deadline: November 8th. Please note that we review applications continuously—if this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply as early as possible! All inquiries are treated confidentially.
