Position Overview

Raynor Door Company is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented and organized bookkeeper to support accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations and general bookkeeping. This position requires someone who is comfortable working independently and able to meet deadlines while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities

· Process accounts payables, including vendor invoices and payments.

· Manage accounts receivables, including customer invoicing and payment tracking.

· Perform cash and payment reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.

· Assist with bank and credit card reconciliation.

· Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.

· Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.

· Support department with administrative accounting tasks.

· Communicate with customers, vendors and internal departments regarding billing and payments.

Requirements

Qualifications

· Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required.

· Knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

· Familiarity with act!, MS Dynamics GP and Excel.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent organization and time management skills.

· Strong Communication and problem solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule

· Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00PM.

· Must be able to work a rotating Saturday schedule

· Consistent, on-site office presence required
