Your Responsibilities

• Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct continuous competitor benchmarking and trend research, summarizing findings into concise, executive-ready presentations.
• Project Management & Tracking: Support the coordination of strategic initiatives, track milestones and KPIs, and prepare regular project status reports.
• Executive & Board Preparation: Assist in drafting high-quality decision papers, presentations, and workshop materials for Board-level and management meetings, including follow-up documentation.
• Analysis & Ad-hoc Support: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, assist in building business cases, and flexibly support strategic ad-hoc requests for leadership.

Your Profile

• Education: Degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: First practical experience (1–2 years or relevant internships) in strategy, management consulting, or project management.
• Skills: Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving mindset with a structured, reliable way of working.
• Communication & Drive: Proactive team player with high initiative, eager to learn, and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Tools: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with BI/data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Languages: Business fluent in English; good command of German is an advantage.
