H1’s Customer Success team is focused on building deep relationships with existing customers as the point of contact throughout the entire customer journey, identifying and communicating ways our data delivers value to support their ongoing initiatives, and helping them realize value from the data within our solutions.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT H1
As a Sr. Implementation Manager, you will work directly with customers to deliver solutions that are transforming the healthcare landscape. You’ll sit at the intersection of Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering, ensuring customers experience smooth, high-quality delivery while driving operational excellence across the services organization. This is a hands-on leadership role combining project ownership, cross-functional coordination, and team advocacy, with meaningful visibility and impact.

You will:
- Build and manage project plans to drive implementing and/or migrating the H1 solution(s) to our Health Plan customers  
- Develop, iterate on or inform processes to create operational efficiencies within the services organization
- Lead high visibility H1 initiated projects that impact customers and require both internal and external planning and communication 
- Participate in discovery sessions to understand client objectives, workflows, and technical requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on Health Plan solutions.
- Provide implementation timelines, risk assessments, and resource recommendations.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, training workshops, and solution reviews.
- Ensure successful transition from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- Support onboarding and management of eligibility, roster, provider, claims, and healthcare data.
- Coordinate API, SFTP, and third-party vendor integrations.
- Validate data quality and troubleshoot implementation issues.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Client Success teams to ensure successful delivery.

- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Account Management, or Healthcare Technology.
- Experience supporting Health Plans, Digital Health organizations, or healthcare technology clients.
- Demonstrates a moderate to advanced understanding of health plan provider rosters, data accuracy, and data quality management to ensure reliable, complete, and accurate provider data.
- Ability to interpret and execute SQL queries in Athena to retrieve, analyze, and validate specific data points through API-related data requests.
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS sales cycles and executive-level presentations.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

This role pays $145,000 to $165,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units.
