Newberry County Memorial Hospital Foundation is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Executive Director Foundation to lead fundraising efforts that support exceptional healthcare in our community.

Located in the heart of South Carolina, Newberry offers small-town charm with easy access to Columbia, Greenville, Spartanburg, the mountains, and the coast.

In This Role, You Will:

• Lead fundraising campaigns and donor engagement efforts
• Build relationships with community leaders, businesses, and supporters
• Partner with the Foundation Board to advance strategic initiatives
• Represent the Foundation throughout the community
• Help secure resources that make a lasting impact on patient care

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field  (or combination education and experience) required.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, sales, marketing, community engagement, or nonprofit leadership.
• Demonstrated success in building relationships and achieving fundraising, business development, or organizational growth goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with executive leadership, boards, committees, or community organizations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and donor management/database systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to attend community events and meetings as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in healthcare philanthropy, nonprofit fundraising, or foundation management.
• Knowledge of charitable giving strategies, donor stewardship, and fundraising best practices.
