Job Description

The HR Shared Services Supervisor will oversee PRO, immigration, employee administration, and recruitment activities across Concentrix UAE operations. The role will ensure regulatory compliance, timely visa processing, efficient employee services, workforce readiness, and seamless onboarding across all accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. PRO & Immigration Services

• Manage end-to-end employee visa applications, renewals, transfers, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate employment permits, medical fitness tests, Emirates ID applications, and residency formalities.
• Liaise with Free Zone Authorities, ICP, GDRFA, MOHRE (where applicable), and other government entities.
• Maintain visa expiry trackers and ensure proactive renewals to avoid penalties or operational disruptions.
• Coordinate employee visa transitions, including bulk transfers to Concentrix sponsorship.
• Handle labour complaints, immigration queries, government notices, and related escalations in coordination with HR and Legal.
• Manage external PRO service providers, ensuring timely processing, cost control, and service quality.

2. HR Administration & Employee Services

• Manage employee joining formalities, personnel documentation, and onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records, visa documents, employment contracts, and statutory compliance trackers.
• Support employee transfers, exits, final documentation, and visa cancellations.
• Address employee queries related to visas, employment documentation, and government procedures.
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.

3. Governance, Reporting & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws, immigration regulations, and applicable Free Zone requirements.
• Maintain centralized visa, employee administration, and recruitment dashboards.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates on pending applications, renewals, employee issues, and service delivery.
• Monitor service-level agreements, proactively identify risks, and implement process improvements.
• Supervise recruitment and PRO activities, ensuring accountability, accurate documentation, and timely resolution of escalations.

4. Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline, supervisory, and professional positions across UAE accounts.
• Coordinate hiring requirements, workforce plans, and approved job requisitions with Operations.
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
• Ensure recruitment targets and agreed hiring turnaround times are achieved.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and regular progress reporting.
• Identify sourcing challenges and implement strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
