Soft Services Executive – Job Description

Department: Facilities Management Reports To: Soft Services Manager

Role Summary

Oversees daily non-technical facility operations — cleaning, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and front-of-house services — ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily soft services operations and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Manage vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Schedule and oversee soft services staff.
• Resolve client/occupant complaints promptly.
• Track consumables inventory and raise procurement requests.
• Ensure HSE compliance across all activities.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Maintain reports and documentation for audits and reviews.
• Train staff on SOPs and safety protocols.
• Events and experience coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years' experience in facilities management or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of HSE standards; vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions

On-site role; may require early, evening, or weekend coverage based on site needs.
