Key Responsibilities

1. Housekeeping Manpower Management

• Monitor daily housekeeping manpower attendance across assigned stores.
• Track absenteeism, shortages, replacements and manpower deployment.
• Coordinate with housekeeping service providers for timely replacement of absent manpower.
• Ensure adequate manpower availability as per approved deployment.
• Maintain store-wise manpower records and attendance data.

2. Housekeeping Material Management

• Monitor availability of housekeeping consumables and materials at stores.
• Track material stock, consumption and replenishment requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of required materials.
• Identify shortages and ensure corrective action within defined timelines.
• Maintain proper records of material requirements and deliveries.

3. Store Visits & Operations Monitoring

• Conduct regular store visits to monitor housekeeping standards.
• Conduct store-wise briefings with housekeeping staff.
• Communicate operational instructions, service standards and compliance requirements.
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and housekeeping performance.
• Identify gaps and ensure timely corrective actions.

4. Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with housekeeping vendors/service providers for manpower and material requirements.
• Follow up on manpower shortages, absenteeism and service deficiencies.
• Monitor vendor performance against agreed service standards.
• Escalate recurring or critical issues to the reporting manager.

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with housekeeping SOPs and client requirements.
• Maintain store-wise housekeeping trackers.
• Track absenteeism, manpower deployment and material availability.
• Prepare regular operational updates and reports.
• Support audits, inspections and review meetings as required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and operational requirements.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality.
• Ability to work independently and handle operational escalations.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Certification in Housekeeping, Hospitality, or Facility Management or Graduate in any discipline with 5-10 Years experience.
• Experience in Facility Management, Housekeeping, Retail or Soft Services operations preferred.
• Experience in multi-location operations will be an added advantage.
