Are you a relationship-builder who enjoys connecting with people, strengthening community partnerships, and making a meaningful impact? At Seasons/Crown Hospice, we believe exceptional care starts with meaningful connections. We're looking for a motivated, personable, and organized Community Relations Coordinator to help us strengthen our presence in the community and build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals, referral partners, and local organizations.

This is an opportunity for someone who combines strong communication skills with a passion for serving others and a desire to help individuals and families discover compassionate hospice care when they need it most.

What You'll Do

• Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop and maintain positive partnerships with healthcare facilities, referral sources, payer representatives, community organizations, and other key contacts.

• Strengthen Our Community Presence: Help coordinate facility events, community outreach activities, and promotional initiatives that increase awareness of our hospice services.

• Support Strategic Growth: Assess community needs, identify opportunities to expand our reach, and collaborate with leadership and the marketing team to achieve organizational goals.

• Be a Trusted Resource: Maintain knowledge of local healthcare markets, community resources, referral networks, and available services to help connect people with the support they need.

• Promote Excellence: Help build a positive reputation for Seasons/Crown Hospice by fostering trust, demonstrating professionalism, and communicating the value of compassionate, high-quality care.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with leadership and marketing colleagues to coordinate activities, share market insights, monitor results, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Support Community Engagement: When needed, assist with volunteer recruitment and scheduling to strengthen our presence in facilities and throughout the community.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is personable, proactive, and passionate about building relationships. The ideal candidate brings:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and public relations skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• A flexible, cooperative, and self-directed approach to work.

• Confidence in representing our hospice philosophy and communicating the value of our services.

• The ability to interact professionally and tactfully with healthcare partners, community members, and customers.

• Healthcare, community relations, marketing, or hospice operations experience is a plus.
