Overview
As a Specialist Advisor for Incontinence Care and Process Automation, you'll combine customer-facing responsibilities with digital innovation. Your customer service duties include telephone consultation on incontinence products, care aids, and nutritional supplements, processing orders and applications, and coordinating with care facilities and insurance providers. On the digital side, you'll analyze, improve, and automate existing processes using modern technologies and automation tools like n8n or PowerAutomate. The role requires empathy when dealing with care-dependent individuals, interest in incontinence care and nutrition, structured work approach, and basic knowledge of modern technologies. Experience with automation tools is preferred. You'll receive thorough training in all product areas, have room for digital projects, access to continuing education in process digitalization, and work in a family-like team environment.

## Aufgaben

- Telefonische Beratung zu unseren Versorgungsbereichen
- Erfassung und Bearbeitung von Bestellungen & Anträgen
- Austausch mit Pflegeeinrichtungen und Kostenträgern
- Dokumentation – sauber und zuverlässig
**⚙️ Prozessautomatisierung und Optimierung**
- Bestehende Abläufe analysieren, verbessern und automatisieren
- Spaß an der Automatisierung von Prozessen mit modernen Technologien
