In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional IT triage and cutting-edge AI utility. You will be responsible for keeping our team connected while actively finding ways to use AI tools, LLMs, and intelligent workflows to automate repititve work and make our internal IT team support our customers faster, and more efficient.
