  • Support funding operations related to health service funding models and annual planning processes.

  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure contracts are developed, issued, and managed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

  • Identify risks to timely contract issuance, provide practical recommendations, and help resolve issues in a streamlined manner.

  • Analyze and clearly communicate complex information related to funding, service volumes, performance expectations, and reporting requirements to diverse stakeholders.

  • Partner with Ontario Health programs and regional stakeholders to address performance challenges, monitor concerns, and support appropriate escalation.

  • Develop reports, business cases, communications, presentations, briefing materials, and other deliverables for internal and external audiences.

  • Lead meetings, track action items, and support the successful delivery of initiatives and improvement-focused work.

  • Act as a key liaison and subject matter resource on funding agreements, allocations, and settlements.

  • Support a culture of equity, inclusion, diversity, anti-racism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and contribute to cross-functional work across the portfolio.

Here is what you will need to be successful:

  • A Master’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant field is considered an asset.

  • At least three years of related healthcare experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
