About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions within Firco Continuity, our real-time transaction screening platform dedicated to financial crime prevention and regulatory compliance.

You will play a key role in defining and delivering advanced features aimed at improving screening accuracy, reducing false positives, and automating alert processing through data and machine learning.
 

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product roadmap end-to-end, aligned with business and regulatory priorities
• Design AI-driven features to:
  • Improve screening accuracy
  • Reduce false positives
  • Automate alert processing
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, compliance, and UX teams
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product specifications
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of developed solutions
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements based on data
• Lead product launches and coordinate enhancements
• Contribute to product strategy (positioning, pricing, lifecycle)

Required Profile

• Degree from a higher education institution (business school, engineering school, or equivalent)
• At least one prior experience in Product Management, ideally in a tech, data, or AI environment
• Strong understanding of:
  • AI, machine learning and data-driven products
  • Financial compliance topics (AML, sanctions) is a plus
• Professional proficiency in English is required
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
• Analytical, structured, and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication skills

Primary Location Base Pay Range: France - Paris (Rue de Bercy) €33,200 - €55,000. This role is covered by the Convention Collective Syntec, IDCC 1486.
