Overview
As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Sprenger Therapy, you'll provide skilled occupational therapy services under the supervision of occupational therapists in skilled nursing facilities. Responsibilities include assisting with evaluations, treatment planning, and patient progression, delivering patient-centered interventions focused on function and safety, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams including PT, SLP, and nursing. This is a PRN (as needed) position that offers protected therapy time without routine non-therapy tasks, clinical autonomy, and mentorship for new graduates. You'll work with a family-owned organization that prioritizes resident care over contract company profits in a stable, supportive environment.
