Tin Roost is looking for experienced part-time Bartenders to join our team in North Liberty!

As a locally owned restaurant known for our scratch kitchen, spacious patio, and welcoming atmosphere, we're committed to providing great food, genuine hospitality, and memorable experiences for every guest. We're looking for positive, dependable team players who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and creating an outstanding bar experience.

Fully trained Bartenders earn $4.35 per hour plus tips, with tips paid out nightly.

Schedule:

• Part-time opportunities available
• Availability Wednesday through Sunday is required

What You'll Do:

• Welcome guests with friendly, attentive service
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain knowledge of beverage offerings and menu items
• Accurately prepare drinks for both bar guests and dining room service
• Deliver consistent, high-quality hospitality throughout each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Complete opening, running, and closing side work
• Process guest payments accurately
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
• Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, and fellow bartenders
• Assist with additional operational duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous bartending experience is preferred
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Professional, positive attitude under pressure
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
