Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to achieve successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Configure and integrate the REFX module with other SAP modules to ensure compliance with IFRS16 requirements.
- Lead or support the transition from ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on REFX-related data and structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and provide solutions.
- Develop functional documentation, Data migration, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements in the REFX module.


Professional & Technical Skills:
- - 6+ years of experience in the SAP REFX module.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on configuration of SAP REFX lease accounting (IFRS16).
- Proficiency in data migration strategies and tools for REFX.
- Experience in integration with SAP FI and CO modules.
- Solid understanding of real estate master data, contract management, and valuation.
- SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
