Job Responsibilities:
Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Ressources Humaines, vous aurez en charge le périmètre suivant :
- Recrutement : aide à la construction de la stratégie et du plan de recrutement en collaboration avec la Direction, rédaction et publication des postes à pourvoir, chasse de tête, pré-sélection des CV, organisation et réalisation des entretiens, rédaction et communication des propositions d’embauche, organisation de l’intégration, communication sur les réseaux sociaux, définition de la stratégie relations écoles, participation aux forums de recrutement, réalisation et suivi des process et reportings afférents
- Formation : aide à la définition des orientations de formation, création du plan des formations en collaboration avec la Direction et Information/Consultation annuelle de ce plan devant le CSE, déploiement du plan de formation, optimisation du budget, réalisation et suivi des process et reportings afférents, veille et proposition sur les innovations en matière de formation
- Instances Représentatives du Personnel : animation du CSSCT
- Gestion des compétences : gestion des entretiens annuels et professionnels, développement des évolutions de carrières/ GPEC
- Administration du personnel et gestion de la paie : saisie des variables et traitement de la paie
- Application du système de qualité, amélioration continue, développement IA
Profil recherché :
BAC + 5 en Ressources Humaines
Minimum 5 ans d'expériences sur un poste similaire (RH Généraliste)
Aisance dans les outils informatiques (Excel notamment)
Connaissance du prestataire de paie ADP
Anglais : niveau B1/B2
Aisance relationnelle
Autonomie et esprit d'équipe
Culture du résultat
