We are now looking for a (Senior) Manager to join our Group Accounting and Reporting team in Group Finance.

What you will do

• Take a leading role in the group consolidation and reporting process and preparation of consolidated financial statements and monthly, interim and annual reports
• Assess and identify solutions for IFRS-related ad-hoc requests and guide Financial Control teams in accounting and reporting topics
• Interpret and analyze implications of accounting standards (IFRS and Finnish GAAP) and other regulations
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and processes as well as updating the group accounting manual
• Follow up on compliance concerning internal controls
• Take a leading role in the development of consolidation and reporting processes
• Contribute to strategic projects
• Act as a key user in the group’s consolidation system

Who you are

• You have at least a master’s degree, preferably in accounting, finance or economics
• You have 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a similar position with responsibilities in group consolidation and IFRS, or proven track record in other financial accounting areas, such as auditing
• You have solid knowledge and practical experience of accounting standards (IFRS and Finnish GAAP)
• You have the ability to manage projects and develop processes independently
• You have a proactive mindset and analytical problem-solving skills
• You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
• You are fluent in Finnish and English, other language skills are considered an advantage
• Experience with SAP and consolidation systems is considered an advantage
