Onsite South San Francisco CA
Pay range $90,000 - $130,000
In this role, you will be working as a Plumbing Estimator a client that works in the mechanical plumbing and HVAC industry for commercial construction.
- Perform plumbing takeoffs
- Generate estimates and change order requests utilizing labor factors , estimating software, and historical data
- Obtain material, equipment, subcontractor quotes; select vendors, suppliers, subcontractors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction industry with Plumbing estimating experience
- MS Office and Bluebeam
- California building codes
- Procore a plus
