Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Support Wholesale Banking and Branch performance management through analysis of revenue, expenses, profitability, Fund Transfer Pricing (FTP) and key business performance indicators.
Work closely with Business Heads, team leaders and Finance stakeholders to understand performance drivers, explain variances and support business initiatives and decision-making.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and financial analyses to provide timely insights on business performance, emerging trends and opportunities.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting and planning processes through collaboration with senior business stakeholders, Finance teams and Head Office counterparts.
Conduct client, product and segment profitability analysis to support business decision-making, resource allocation and growth opportunities.
Gain exposure to senior Wholesale Banking management through participation in business and performance review discussions, contributing financial insights to support strategic decisions.
Participate in finance transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, automation, data analytics and UAT testing, to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
Job Qualifications:
Degree holder in accounting / business / finance or relevant disciplines
Good understanding of performance management, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis; knowledge of Wholesale Banking products is an advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
Self-motivated team player who is willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Experience in data visualization, automation or financial systems would be an advantage.
