Job Description
- Prepare HKMA regulatory reports and Head Office reports in accordance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial control policies.
- Participate in regulatory reporting enhancement initiatives, including projects, UAT, and data quality improvement exercises.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial and regulatory reporting data.
- Investigate and resolve reporting issues, and provide timely support for regulatory reporting related queries and requests.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions or audit firms.
- Hands-on experience in HKMA regulatory reporting and returns is definitely an advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently under pressure and manage multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel).
