Summary:
As a Business Architect, a typical day involves identifying opportunities to create measurable business value by thoroughly evaluating the existing environment and gathering high-level requirements. This role focuses on defining effective business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting transformation efforts by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and fostering continuous improvement.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business solutions align with strategic goals.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Assist in the evaluation and prioritization of business initiatives to maximize impact.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting project implementation.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with operating models and transformation frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at BDC14A - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
