WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all Monterra Tennis customers as well as operating the point-of-sale system.

• Cash handling and accountability for all monies.
• Greet customer and direct them to their court.
• Maintain good public relations and satisfied guests.
• Answer phones in a professional manner and take messages.
• Always maintain a clean and presentable work area.
• Organize booking sheets for tennis courts, lessons and league sign up.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience required
• Previous experience with cash handling required
• Must be able to work effectively alone and as part of a team
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all ages
