Job Title
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, and business objectives.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development, QA, operations, and third-party partners to define requirements and drive successful product delivery.
- Create and maintain product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and user documentation.
- Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and product demonstrations within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Validate delivered functionality, review test plans and test cases, and ensure solutions meet business and quality expectations.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, user feedback, and adoption metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Support production incident analysis, risk management, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Present product updates, roadmaps, and adoption insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor team members and provide product and domain guidance across teams.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Proven ability to define product vision, manage roadmaps, and prioritize competing business needs.
- Hands-on experience in creating requirements documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and user guides.
- Strong understanding of software development, QA processes, testing methodologies, and release management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional engineering and QA teams.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to balance business, user, and technical perspectives.
