Product Development for Power MOSFETs in our Research & Development team,
you'll have the opportunity to merge

driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Are you excited by the opportunity to shape the
future of high-voltage power MOSFETs (Si and SiC)? Would you like to take an
active role in driving their development—and potentially expand into innovative
multicomponent solutions such as switch-and-driver IC combinations? As a new
member of our team, you will contribute to product development projects across
multiple sites and take ownership of technical work packages, including the
design and verification of your own products. You will collaborate with
international colleagues from around the world, exchange ideas, and help turn
technical concepts into successful products. Actively contribute to the product innovation
process with concepts, demonstrators and technical evaluation and collaborate
as a technical team member in new wafer technology, package and product
projects Solve product issues and explore improvements for future product or technology releases by
applying your semiconductor physics knowledge Actively contribute to product design and
process DOEs to ensure manufacturability and attractive product performance Collaborate with product marketing and
application engineering to shape
products for business success Define the electrical characterization of the
developed components , evaluate
the results and discuss within an expert community Support qualification, failure analysis and
troubleshooting activities through
interpretation of electrical and physical analysis (e.g. SEM, X-ray, EMMI)
during reliability tests Support the product evaluation activities in transfer
projects between production sites Be an active part of our technical community by contributing with your know-how to the knowledge
pool but also benefiting from the network of experts for your own learning and
growth Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A technical university degree in
Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics or similar 3+ years of relevant work experience
in the field of semiconductors – ideally in product development/engineering Strong device physics knowledge
of semiconductor devices and power switches (Si and SiC); Wide Bandgab (WBG) know-how is highly valued Solid skills in electric data analysis
and basic knowledge of statistics First experience with power devices
specifications and datasheets Proven capability of technical problem
solving Lab experience ,
ideally related to the characterization of semiconductor devices, is a plus Very good communication skills in English ,
German skills are a plus We offer competitive
salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and
qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and
wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry,

paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise
