Intern, Business Process Automation (Finance)

Job Description

• Support process mapping and automation by analyzing fragmented departmental workflows.

• Translate manual processes into no-code, automated logic paths using Zenphi's visual drag-and-drop builder and deterministic AI agents.

• Support and participate in discussions to identify and analyze pain points, challenges, and process exceptions.

• Configure and deploy specific target POC use cases across finance, operations, and order-to-cash processes.

• Support for finance projects initiatives within the company

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

• Gain direct, hands-on expertise in enterprise process mapping and cognitive data routing.

• Learn to measure and justify operational ROI by tracking recovered productive capacity and financial net gains.

• Understand how to implement a dual-engine AI paradigm that combines unstructured text processing with governed, deterministic engine execution.

• Develop the strategic ability to champion an AI-driven culture that systemically optimizes workloads and dramatically reduces manual data entry errors.

Prerequisites / Skills Required

• Exhibit readiness to adapt to no-code orchestration platforms, as prior coding or Google Apps Script expertise is not required to configure advanced business logic.

• Display strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex operational bottlenecks, such as system fragmentation and the absence of centralized visibility.

• Demonstrate a strong, proactive desire to learn new tools to eliminate manual waste and optimize enterprise workloads.

• Possess a highly analytical mindset capable of designing strict sequential rules and safe procedural logic.

Education

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Supply Chain / Business and Info comm Technology / Business Analytics / Business Management, or a related discipline.

Additional Information / Requirements

• Student Status: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) in Singapore.

• Credit-Bearing & Graduation Requirement: The internship must be a compulsory, credit-bearing component of your academic program required for graduation.

• Duration & Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum period of 16 consecutive weeks.
