This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2027. The internship is located out of Lakeville, MN office locations. If pursuing internship credit through your university, it is your responsibility to consult with your advisor and review the internship's job description to ensure it meets the minimum eligibility requirements.
The contributions you will make: We are looking for a motivated intern to support our business process improvement team by creating, organizing, and maintaining documentation for processes and procedures. This role involves ensuring that all documentation is accurate, clear, and accessible, helping drive efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Essential Functions:
- Organize and update business process documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.
- Work with team members to capture and document process changes and improvements.
- Draft and edit user-friendly manuals, process flows, and instructions.
- Support document management systems, ensuring proper version control and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration (at least two years completed).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools and document management systems is a plus.
How we will take care of you:
Actual hourly rate offered is dependent upon year in school, work experience, transferable skills, business needs and market demands. The hourly rate range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
