Overview
Nelson Mullins, an AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Operations supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of Marketing operations, processes and initiatives. This role collaborates with Marketing Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on process execution documentation, and operational workflows.
This position is open to Hybrid for the right candidate.
A Day in the Life
The candidate will support the execution of email marketing requests, and follow-up activities to support effective and consistent eMarketing communications. This includes data validation, quality reviews, discrepancy identification, and issue escalation to ensure brand alignment, data integrity and operational accuracy.
We Know You
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing coordination, or skills and proficiency in Vuture. Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and project coordination skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred. Familiarity with CRM systems, and email marketing platforms is preferred.
