You are a paralegal ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment. You thrive under pressure. You are looking for an opportunity to make an impact managing the company’s associate agreements and collaborating with internal stakeholders to protect the company’s interests.
The position is based in Toronto, with four days per week in the office (Monday-Thursday), Fridays will be remote. You will report to the Director, Legal.
In this role, you will
- Be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing associate agreements using Ironclad, the company’s CLM;
- Draft termination letters for associate dentists; and
- Any other tasks that may be related to the above or assigned from time to time.
We are looking for
- A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
- At least 3 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in a large in-house legal department is required.
- A strong attention to detail.
- A creative problem solver.
- A proven ability to work collaboratively with excellent judgment.
- Healthcare, regulated industry and/or highly acquisitive company experience is an asset.
- Bilingualism in French and English will be considered an asset.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 CAD to $80,000 CAD annually (plus a bonus of up to 10% and competitive total rewards and benefits package).
