Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruiter to join our high-performing Operations Recruiting team. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attracting and assessing candidates, and driving an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication and influencing skills, and a passion for helping candidates and business leaders make informed hiring decisions. Key Responsibilities:

 

Full-Cycle Recruiting

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of positions across Operations and business support functions.
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand business needs, position requirements, and market conditions.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates against job requirements and organizational needs.
• Present qualified candidates and facilitate hiring manager interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations and support candidates through the pre-employment and onboarding process.

Talent Advisory & Partnership

• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on recruiting strategies, talent availability, candidate qualifications, and market insights.
• Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations and recruiting expertise.
• Build strong relationships with leaders, stakeholders, and candidates to ensure an effective and positive hiring experience.
• Consult with hiring managers on best practices for interviewing, candidate evaluation, and selection.

Candidate Experience & Relationship Management

• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through proactive communication, responsiveness, and professional relationship management.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Build credibility and trust with both internal and external talent.

Process Excellence & Compliance

• Maintain accurate candidate tracking, documentation, and workflow management within Workday and other recruiting systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting procedures.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and leverage data to drive recruiting effectiveness and operational excellence.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and strong attention to detail.

 

Basic Qualifications

 

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 or more years of recruiting experience or a combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience

 

Preferred Skills and Experience

 

• Experience using Workday Recruiting or a similar applicant tracking system.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments including managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to provide talent market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Demonstrate the ability to build relationships and establish credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Experience recruiting across multiple job families or business functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and establish credibility with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to influence others and drive successful hiring outcomes.
• Time Management & Prioritization

Location Expectations - This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $66,640.00 - $78,400.00
