Position Summary

This role requires a driven, forward-thinking individual who will manage a select group of accounts, build strong relationships, and establish credibility as a trusted advisor. A Client Partner is empowered to manage and grow existing accounts by identifying strategic business opportunities within existing client relationships to expand on existing services offered, with a focus on adding value to the customer through every engagement. The role will also be responsible for renewals of recurring business and working with sales to support the renewal process. The individual will also work with the sales team and CxO advisors to build account plans and seek out new business within the account by identifying new contacts and parts of the business that Coalfire can support for their cybersecurity needs.

 

A Client Partner is a trusted cybersecurity partner to Coalfire customers, providing our portfolio of cybersecurity services to meet customer needs. This role will use a deep understanding of the customer's business and the services and offerings Coalfire can leverage to support the customer's cybersecurity needs. The individual will have strong acumen for building relationships and understanding the full scope of services and products offered at Coalfire and use high-trust client relationships to achieve or exceed their revenue targets. This role will manage client relationships and escalations along with leading a team of consultants or managers. This role will work closely with project managers, directors, and other delivery team members to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables.
