Description
As a key member of GFL’s dynamic team the Compliance Coordinator will provide support to our Fleet and Operations groups. The Compliance Coordinator will possess exceptional communication skills while having the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This position requires an enthusiastic individual who presents a professional demeanor and a positive attitude with very high attention to detail.

Job Duties:
• Review profiles and waste streams for approval to processing facility.
• Build jobs in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Verify waste streams in Operations Management (OMS) database.
• Verify the accuracy of ticket data including work descriptions, equipment, personnel and reference numbers.
• Review and update profiles and analytical analysis for reocurring jobs.
• Run analysis on samples with on site lab equipment.
• Oversee 3rd party lab analysis to ensure on time completion.
• Prepare quarterly and annual compliance reports.
• Oversee processing facility safety data sheets and safety inspections.
• Other administrative duties as requested including data entry and filing.
Requirements:
• 4+ years' experience with office administration.
• 2+ years' experience with fleet administration/coordinating/support, training administration/coordinating/support.
• Experience with CRM and OMS databases.
• Understanding of National Safety Code requirements.
• Experience with data entry and administrative compliance record keeping.
• Proficiency within the Microsoft Office suite, specifically utilizing Excel to create spreadsheets using complex formulas.
