Description
The position is responsible for supporting and managing key Human Resources functions across the employee lifecycle, including HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. It ensures the efficient implementation of HR programs, maintains employee records and workforce data, and supports a positive, compliant, and productive work environment across multiple locations. The role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers while ensuring consistent application of HR policies, processes, and organizational standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, serving as the primary contact for routine HR inquiries, employee concerns, and HR-related transactions.
- Support employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, employee movements, offboarding, documentation, and records management.
- Assist in employee relations matters by handling routine concerns, supporting investigations, preparing documentation, maintaining case files, and coordinating exit interviews.
- Coordinate performance management activities, including performance review cycles, performance documentation, calibration meetings, performance improvement plans, and reporting.
- Plan and support employee engagement, wellness, recognition, CSR, and culture-building initiatives, including event coordination and employee feedback gathering.
- Manage onboarding programs, employee orientations, and new hire integration activities while ensuring completion of onboarding requirements.
- Support HR compliance initiatives by maintaining HR documentation, assisting in audits and inspections, coordinating safety-related activities, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
- Maintain workforce data, HR trackers, dashboards, attendance reports, headcount reports, and other HR analytics required by management.
- Support HR initiatives across multiple sites and locations while ensuring consistent implementation of HR programs and processes.
- Participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, HRIS enhancements, and administrative activities that improve service delivery and employee experience.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- You must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- You must have at least 5–7 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a fast-paced, operational, technology, startup, or BPO environment.
- You must have strong exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations.
- You must have working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
- You must have experience handling employee concerns, maintaining HR documentation, and managing employee records and HR databases.
- You must have strong organizational, administrative, analytical, and reporting skills.
- You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across different employee groups and stakeholders.
- You must demonstrate high integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
- You must be capable of managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and working independently in a fast-growing environment.
- You must be willing to support multiple locations and travel to company sites when required.
