Loader Operator

M&T Enterprises is seeking a full-time Loader Operator to join our team. This role requires an experienced Loader Operator who can operate a loader, has backfill experience, and pipe installation knowledge for underground utilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate a loader to dig, load materials into the trenches, help with roads, and other tasks
• Ensure that the job site is safe and OSHA-compliant
• Maintain a clean work area and help to keep tasks running on time

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2 years of experience with heavy equipment
• Understand trenching and pipe installation
• Valid driver's license
• Able to work with the foreman and other members of the crew effectively
• Dependable and detail-oriented
