  • Provide input into the artwork generation process to ensure that product labels and technical literature meet legal minimum standards from a regulatory perspective and that technical claims can be justified by data.
  • Respond to formulation disclosure requests, e.g. to competent government authorities.
  • Participate in the maintenance of accurate written procedures and work instructions for raw material related processes in the PSRA function.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in chemistry or related field.

  • Knowledge of key regulatory drivers of the global chemical industry, (e.g. REACH and VOC regulations) for both industrial and consumer markets
  • Practical experience in interpreting product regulatory requirements for chemical products.
  • Knowledge and experience assigning GHS classifications.
  • Knowledge and experience in SDS and label authoring/preparation.
  • Ability to understand complex regulations pertaining to chemical substances.
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in the use of standard Microsoft Office products.
