Description
Title: Operations and Field Technician, Aeroseal Europe
Location: Poznan or Wroclaw, Poland — Aeroseal Europe Technical Centre
Reports to: Head of Operations, Aeroseal Europe
Role Summary
Aeroseal is transforming the building industry by making it easy to achieve exceptional energy performance and comfort in any building. Our patented technology automatically seals air leaks from the inside — delivering better airtightness, improved energy efficiency, and healthier indoor environments.
Backed by the likes of Breakthrough Energy Ventures and Aramco, we’re expanding rapidly across Europe and are building a world-class technical team to support that growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-energy, mission-driven company at the forefront of the low-carbon building revolution.
The Operations and Field Technician will be the operational backbone of Aeroseal Europe’s new technical centre in Wroclaw. You’ll own logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations — ensuring our equipment and consumables are where they need to be, when they need to be there. Alongside day-to-day operations, you’ll travel across Europe to lead AeroBarrier field installations on-site, managing everything from pre-site client communications through to successful project delivery. This role carries real responsibility from day one, and is expected to grow into an Operations Lead position as the team scales.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics Management: Coordinate all shipping and logistics for Aeroseal machines, parts, sealant, and consumables across Europe — managing carriers, tracking shipments, and proactively resolving any delays or issues.
Warehouse Operations: Run an organised, efficient warehouse — receiving, storing, and dispatching equipment and materials, maintaining a clean, safe, and well-structured environment at all times.
Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of machines, sealant, components, and spare parts — reordering proactively, tracking usage, forecasting demand, and maintaining accurate records.
Equipment Preparation: Prepare and test equipment before every deployment, ensuring full readiness for customer installations and demonstrations.
Field Installations: Lead operational delivery of AeroBarrier installations across Europe — working on-site to install, operate, and hand over completed projects to a high standard.
Client & Partner Communication: Own pre-site client communications, securing all information and access requirements before mobilisation. Act as the on-the-ground point of contact during installations, representing Aeroseal professionally at all times.
Process Improvement: Build and continuously improve operational processes for logistics, equipment handling, and field delivery — documenting what works and helping scale it as the team grows.
Health & Safety: Ensure all warehouse and field activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental standards.
Salary Range: PLN 8,500 – 10,500 gross/month
