We are looking for an experienced and business driven Director, People & Communications to lead our People & Communications function across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

This is a senior leadership role with direct influence on business strategy, culture, talent, communications and transformation. Working closely with the Managing Director and Leadership Team, you will help shape the future capability of the organization while ensuring strong employee engagement, effective communication and constructive employee relations.

What You Will Do

• Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead & deploy the KONE People & Communications strategy across France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
• Strengthen leadership capability, succession planning and workforce readiness.
• Drive employee engagement and foster a high-performance, inclusive culture.
• Lead employee relations, social dialogue, consultation processes and union partnerships.
• Support business transformation & organizational change through effective change management and communication.
• Develop and inspire a high-performing People & Communications team.

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in a senior People, HR or People & Communications leadership role.
• Strong business partnering experience within a complex, matrix, international organization.
• Proven experience working within unionized and highly regulated environments.
• Experience leading organizational change and transformation programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Strong operations mindset and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Fluent French and English. Dutch is a plus.
