Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Serve as the Corporate Treasurer of the Company in the Philippines in accordance with applicable corporate laws and SEC regulations.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities in accordance with US GAAP and Philippine statutory requirements.
- Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and account analyses to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful variance analysis for management review.
- Support the preparation of statutory financial statements, management reports, and corporate reporting packages.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies and reconciliation issues.
- Collaborate with Global Business Services and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in financial processes.
- Support internal and external audits through timely preparation of documentation and responses to audit inquiries.
- Assist with tax compliance activities and maintain supporting documentation required by local regulations.
- Ensure compliance with internal control requirements, SOX standards, and company policies.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or corporate finance.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, local accounting standards, statutory reporting requirements, taxation, and financial controls.
- Knowledge of Philippine corporate, tax, and SEC regulations.
- Proficiency in financial planning, cash management, and treasury operations.
- Strong understanding of SOX, internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
