Collaborating with senior leaders, the team defines goals, anticipates challenges, and establishes measurable success criteria. The team drives innovation through effective project management, financial oversight, and technology strategy development, ensuring alignment with business priorities and fostering continuous improvement across the organization.

What you'll do...

• Lead execution of multiple business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to optimize performance.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Partner with senior leaders to define goals, manage risks, and communicate program requirements to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous process improvements by conducting analyses, implementing best practices, and aligning initiatives with company strategy.
• Evaluate program performance using key metrics, ROI analyses, and stakeholder feedback to recommend and implement adjustments.
• Promote adherence to company policies, ethics, and standards while supporting a positive workplace culture.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
