Senior Collections Analyst

The Senior Collector resolves complex delinquent accounts and negotiates payment recovery using experienced-based problem-solving. They manage account adjustments, lead difficult customer conversations, and collaborate with sales and senior leadership to accelerate collections while mentoring team members.

What you’ll do

• Reduce past-due balances on assigned portfolios, including large, complex, and strategic customer accounts.

• Conduct detailed research, data queries, reconciliations, and analyses to understand and resolve nonpayment issues.

• Develop and implement targeted action plans to resolve delinquencies in a timely and efficient manner.

• Collaborate with billing, cash applications, and sales teams to resolve disputes, review refunds, and execute account adjustments.

• Communicate professionally with delinquent customers via phone and email to facilitate prompt payments.

What experience you need 

• 3 to 5 years of experience working in business to business collections

• Excel Proficiency: Skilled in pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data formatting, and core formulas.

• English B2/C1
