$30.00 - $45.00 per hour
A HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician / Commercial HVAC Technician is required to maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems across Central and Southern Maine. This role is suited to an experienced commercial HVAC professional with strong technical skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to respond to service requirements when needed.

The HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician / Commercial HVAC Technician Role:
- Maintain, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and resolve HVAC service issues safely and efficiently
- Follow applicable safety procedures and use required protective equipment
- Maintain current trade licences and certifications
- Comply with EPA Section 608 requirements and relevant occupational safety regulations
- Attend safety training and follow established service procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers while maintaining a clean and professional appearance
- Support additional service requirements as needed, including overtime and weekend work when required
HVAC Technician / HVAC Service Technician / Commercial HVAC Technician Requirements:
- State of Maine Gas Licence
- EPA 608 Universal certification
- Commercial HVAC systems experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
