You will communicate professionally with employees and visitors, report security-related concerns, and help protect operations through attentive access control practices. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Screen packages, cargo, and other items entering or leaving the distribution location in accordance with established security-related procedures.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers.
• Respond to incidents, prohibited-item findings, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
