Description
As a Quote to Cash Coordinator, you will support operational activities across the quote-to-cash workflow, including CRM, CPQ, contract administration, order management, licensing, and entitlement processes. You will perform data entry, process requests, support order and license fulfillment activities, and help resolve issues submitted through service management systems while ensuring established policies and procedures are followed.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide operational support across quoting, order processing, licensing, entitlement, and related quote-to-cash activities
- Enter and maintain accurate data across CRM, CPQ, ERP, licensing, and other business systems
- Manage incoming requests from internal stakeholders and customers related to quoting, order management, licensing, and fulfillment activities
- Process license orders and entitlements by following established procedures and utilizing applicable licensing tools
- Manage assigned quoting, order management, licensing, and contract-related cases through the designated service management system
- Review signed customer agreements, coordinate countersignatures, and maintain supporting documentation using DocuSign or similar tools
- Apply company policies, processes, and procedures across assigned areas of the quote-to-cash workflow
- Research operational issues and collaborate with sales, finance, licensing, and other cross-functional teams to support timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support operational quality, compliance, and customer service requirements
- Support additional quote-to-cash operational activities as assigned based on business needs
What You Will Need to Succeed
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to quickly learn CRM, ERP, CPQ, licensing, and service management systems
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to process high volumes of transactional and repetitive administrative work accurately
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment while working within established deadlines
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Flexibility to support extended hours during high-volume business periods, particularly at quarter-end
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in quote-to-cash operations, order management, sales operations, licensing, customer operations, finance operations, or a related function
- High school diploma preferred
- Additional education, training, or relevant work experience in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field is a plus.
