Salary Range: up to ₱70,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday (Compressed Workweek)

The role
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics. The role will ensure efficient inventory management, timely availability of materials and products, cost optimization, and smooth day-to-day supply chain operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations covering procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
- Lead procurement activities, including supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
- Oversee demand, supply, and production planning to ensure availability of materials and finished goods.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs, costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Identify process gaps and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and service levels.
- Collaborate with Production, Sales, Finance, Quality, and other key teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and relevant procedures.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, with exposure to procurement, planning, warehouse, and logistics.
- Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, procurement, planning, warehousing, and logistics.
- Proven experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
