Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Process Associate to join our Accounts Receivable Cash Applications team in Bangalore, India.
In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing remittance details, accurately processing payment allocations, and updating customer account records within Enterprise Resource Planning systems to support overall information management and financial operations.
You will join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on maintaining high standards of data accuracy, cash allocation efficiency, and seamless financial processing.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Accurately process and post daily customer payments received across all bank accounts and lockboxes into Enterprise Resource Planning systems, ensuring invoices and receipts are reconciled efficiently.
Collaborate closely with internal finance teams and external customers to communicate remittance details, clarify allocation information, and resolve payment discrepancies quickly.
Ensure compliance with prescribed operational guidelines, service level agreements, quality standards, and organizational cash application policies.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
0-1 year's relevant experience in accounts receivable, cash application, or corporate accounting processes.
Strong knowledge of enterprise accounting software (such as Oracle Discoverer), data entry best practices, and Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
Proven ability in problem resolution, time management, analytical processing, and effective written and verbal communication.
Master of Business Administration in Finance or an equivalent educational background in business accounting.
