$75 – $95/hour + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Full-Time)

HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) is seeking a BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst for in-home services across Central San Antonio. This is a structured, early intervention-focused role with manageable caseloads, limited travel, and strong clinical support.
Ideal candidates are based centrally to maximize access to clients across the coverage area. Coverage includes 78207, 78201, 78212, 78210, and 78228. Enjoy 50% tele-health for evening hours!
BCBA Responsibilities:
- Provide ABA services for children ages 2–8 in home and occasional school settings
- Oversee individualized treatment plans and clinical progress
- Supervise RBTs across varying levels of care
- Manage a caseload of approximately 6–8 clients
- Support early intervention cases with tailored programming
BCBA Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification
- Ability to travel locally between client homes (15–40 minutes typical)
- Availability for after-school hours (3–7 PM) required
- Full-time candidates: daytime availability preferred (in-person only)
BCBA Schedule:
- After-school hours (3–7 PM) required for all candidates
- Up to 50% telehealth allowed for sessions after 3 PM
- Daytime hours (before 3 PM) are in-person only
- Full-time: morning hours + minimum 3 afternoons per week
- Part-time: must be available 3–7 PM (daytime-only not considered)
- Full-time BCBAs average 30 billable hours per week
BCBA Clinical Model:
- Mix of early intervention and varying acuity cases
- Clients may receive ~15 hours/week with 1 RBT or ~25 hours/week with 2 RBTs
- Limited travel between clients within a 15–30 minute radius
BCBA Compensation & Benefits:
- $75 – $95/hour based on experience
- $117K–$148K/year at 30 billable hours/week
