Demand Planner

• Receive and process customer bookings and logistics requests.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transportation, customs, and carriers to ensure successful shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure milestones are achieved according to customer requirements.
• Follow up on cargo readiness, delivery schedules, and shipment completion.
• Ensure all shipping activities comply with SOPs and customer requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit shipping documents accurately and timely.
• Clarify and verify Shipping Instructions (SI) with suppliers, customers, and shipping lines.
• Review and validate Sea Waybill (SWB) requirements before submission
• Ensure Verified Gross Mass (VGM) declarations are submitted within carrier deadlines.
• Verify cargo details, HS codes, consignee information, and shipping terms.
• Ensure compliance with shipping line and destination country requirements.
• Prepare customer reports, KPI reports, and operational summaries.
